Wallpaper covered over fibercement flat board (Scandatex) and insulated with 8x2 rock woll.
FACADES
Coated with fibercement board with types of 1) Concrete effect 2) Wood effect 3) Stone effect 4) Fibercement siding. Dampness and condensation isolation with Tyvek-Dupont dampness barrier and heat insulation with fireproof rock wool (16 cm)
Vinyl siding is the standart facade lining at countryside houses.

Pool: Swimming pool and ornamental pool are done according to the determined model in appropriate grounded projects.
Electronic: Security system, fire extinguishing system, smart home technology, central music – image broadcast system, centarl cooling and heating system, carded door lock system, remote controlled automatic garage door system, electric window shutter system, automatic garden irrigate system, waste disposal unit, electricity and heating system with solar energy.
Environmental Design: Garden and enviroment design of building land, drainage,rainwater outlets, environment illumination and security connections, vehicle and pedestrian roads, landscape are done according to the prepared plan.
