How are the earthquake, wind and fire resistance of the buildings?

Weight of load bearing steel system changes according to the project between 30-50 kg / m2 and ten times lighter than concrete bearing structures.In storms and earthquakes, the dynamic lateral loads affect the heavy masses vigorously.Light steel system is less affected from this and flexible light steel profiles absorb the shocks.
The reliability of this system was tested and proved which has been used for more than 50 years in America and European countries.
This system is designed and produced in accordance with Turkish and İnternational Earthquake Specifications.
Rock wool and fibercement that used at wall and roof insulation and surface coating are fireproof and supply high fire resistance.

Don’t you use concrete in construction?

In this structure we use concrete just in below ground level for foundation and basements. A special light concrete is used at half storey. This has a 700 kgs/ m3 specific gravity while classic concrete has about 2450 kgs/m3.

How many years is the economical life of light steel buildings?

Light steel buildings are designed for 40-50 years of economical life as concrete buildings.All components are screwed, demountable and changeable therefore in necessary cases maintenance can be done and economical life can be extended.

Compared with concrete buildings what is the economical feasibility in heating?

By making calculations appropriate to the climatic conditions of the region and increasing the density and thickness of the rock wool, one square meter area can be heated with 2.5 lt of fuel oil during a winter season.

Can the building models and architectural plans be different from standart applications?

We have also different models other than the ones that in our website. Special studies are done for projects of building complexes or we can apply a project which is carried out by our customer.

Can I buy the house in steel framing form?

You can only deliver turnkey or basic structure (finished from outside) basis as explained in our website..Steel system’s inner and outer coatings are done by our specially trained vendors.Because of our quality policy about waterproofing, heatproofing, durability and resistance of steel framing, coating and installation materials, we deliver the individual buildings at least basic structure basis. In public productions delivery is done as turnkey according to the agreement.

Can I have an inner decoration according to my own choices?

Yes, we also prefer this. For this reason our vendors serve about interior decoration, painting, ceramic and floor covering.

Are you doing the official and building permitting processes ?

We give the static and architectural projects if you choose and order one of the standart projects. Official procedures are solved easier with the local possibilities therefore this service is done by our vendor and contracted engineering firms in your region against remuneration.

Are foundation concrete and ground preparations made by the customer?

These can be done by the customer with our consulting service after land of construction and ground structure are analysed by our engineers or completely done by our vendors. For correct calculation of foundation cost, slope of the land and ground strength analysis must be done.

Is it true that steel buildings are more expensive than reinforced-concrete constructions? What about the building costs?

Certainly wrong opinion because if steel buildings are done with precise calculations and production, optimum material requirement is determined and became economic. Factors changing the total cost are that the decoration and coating material costs without making concession from steel frame construction costs.

Is it possible to build apartments with this system?

Yes, apartments alternative is also take place in our website. Light steel system is used up to 4-storey. Above this, up to 12-storey, composite buildings can be produced with rolled steel beam.

Is light steel system used other than residential units?

Yes, it’s also used in showrooms, commercial buildings, warehouses, industrial buildings. We have standard roof trusses with 24 mt. wide span and different calculations can be done according to the project.
Mass production of roof trusses and floor beams, interior and external partition walls can be done in desired dimensions.

What are the upper and lower m2 limits of your standart projects?

Our smallest model is 21 m2 in our countryside models and can be transported with truck without foundation. There’s no upper limit, we have manor house projects with 600 - 800 m2 useful area . Sizes are up to our customer requests.

What is the construction period?

After the end of official permitting processes, single storey models are in 45 days, two and three-storey models are in 90days. In mass productions delivery periods can be shorter depending on quantity.

Can I make changes in room partititons later?

With our company’s inspection, you can change the place of nonload-bearing walls, increase the number of partitions and expand your building horizontally.

Are the pipe laying of the electrical and sanitary installations inside or on the surface of the walls?

Generally installation pipes are at the outside in container type buildings. In our system electrical,sanitary and central heating system installations are done with seamless cables and pipes hidden between wall and ground panels.

Can I add a storey to my house?

You can have only one or two storey of a three-storey building with your order but structural analysis, projects and building permit are going to be readied for a three-storey building. Instead of roof, water and heat insulated terrace mezzanine is built.

Do I have the chance of choosing the door, window and facade coverings of my building in standart production?

Optional production alternatives are exist other than the stated details in delivery types. In standart production only color options are available.
